Long- awaited Automobile salon will soon open in Tunis

Tunis , June 15, 2007 (TunisiaOnline) --An automobile salon is to be held from June 20 to 24, 2007 at the “Kram” exhibition hall, north of Tunis. The exhibit eagerly awaited by car lovers, will provide a unique opportunity for visitors to discover the latest models by major car manufacturers such as BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Renault and Peugeot.

The organizers will also allocate part of the exhibit hall to a number of collection cars. By displaying new commercial models and collection cars the salon organizers hope to show that cars should not only be perceived as products, but also as artistic creations with a history of their own.

It is worth noting that the National Tunisian Automobile Club will take part in this major event by exposing some 30 small scale model racing cars.

Banks will also open information desks during the exhibit, in order to inform potential buyers about the possibility of contracting car loans.

Tunisia 's automobile salon is held once every two years on a regular basis.

Major car makers- and this year's participation of Jaguar is a good case in point- are showing greater interest in the salon which attracts every year an increasing number of visitors.
