Cabinet reshuffle in Tunisia

A cabinet reshuffle, affecting nine cabinet positions, was announced today in Tunis.
After being received by President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali, Tunisian Prime Minister Mohamed Ghannouchi announced today that the Tunisian Head of State has decided to introduce a partial reshuffle in the government. As a result of this reshuffle:
Mr Abdelwahab Abdallah, becomes minister of Foreign Affairs.
Mr Ali Chaouch, becomes minister of Social Affairs,
Solidarity and Tunisians Abroad.
Mr Kamel Morjane, becomes minister of National Defense.
Mr Sadok Korbi, becomes minister of Education and Training.
Mr Rafaa Dekhil, becomes minister of Communications and
Relations with the Chamber of Deputies and the Chamber of Advisors.
Mr Taieb Hadhri, becomes minister of Scientific Research,
Technology and Development of Competencies.
Mr Omar Abed, becomes secretary of state to the minister
of Education and Training, in charge of vocational training.
Mr Slim Tlatli, becomes secretary of state to the minister
of Tourism in charge of Tourism Upgrading.
Mr Abderrazak Daaloul, becomes secretary of state to the
minister of Agriculture and Water resources in charge of Fishing.
The Tunisian President also named Mr Dali Jazi
as president of the Economic and Social Council.
